Arezzo, the capital of a vast province in mid-eastern Tuscany, is within easy reach of Firenze (70 kilometres), Siena (65 kilometres), Perugia (80 kilometres) and Roma (200 kilometres). Many of the city's sights of exceptional historical, artistic and cultural interest can all be easily reached from the Continentale Hotel with only a short distance from one to the other. The church of S. Francesco, with its very famous fresco by Piero della Francesca (4 minutes), the Roman Amphitheatre (5 minutes), the Archeological Museum (4 minutes), the House of Petrarca (7 minutes), the House of Vasari (4 minutes), the cathedral (10 minutes), the Medicea Fortress (12 minutes), Piazza Grande (8 minutes), the Pieve of S. Maria (7 minutes) and the Museum of Medieval and Modern Art (10 minutes). Every first weekend of the month in the historical centre, there is the most important antique fair in Italy, in addition to the numerous antique shops, which are open all year round. In the Aretine district, there are over 1,500 gold factories among which, worthy of a special mention, is the Uno-a-Erre, the largest in the world. There are many special events, of which the most important are the "Polifonico" and the "Giostra del Saracino". Visitors can easily purchase jewellery, antiques and clothing. Leaving the city a few kilometres from the centre, a green countryside, typical of the Tuscany style, expands before your eyes, chosen for many a film location by Italian and foreign directors.

Suite Michelangelo for 3 persons (2+0)

The Michelangelo Suite, the largest of the 3, (72 m²) also has a very large private terrace (80 m²). Furnished in Venetian Baroque style, it offers guests the best comforts and the most innovatory technology. In addition to the listed amenities this suite has 2 television sets with flat screen (one having a 42 inch screen). In the summertime, the large terrace is an excellent solarium with sights of the city. Only this suite has a marvellous 5 seat pool/jacuzzi, which can be heated for a romantic, relaxing bath.
Suite Petrarca for 2 persons (2+0)

The Petrarca Suite, the same size as the Vasari Suite, overlooks the town, with a breathtaking view of the cathedral and the old town centre. Furnished in Venetian style with cream and ancient green colours, it offers the best comforts.
Suite Vasari for 2 persons (2+0)

The Vasari Suite is about 42 m² and has a beautiful terrace to use as a solarium or simply to have more breakfast. It is equipped as with the Michelangelo Suite, but is furnished in Baroque style with a predominance of warm colours like gold and red vermilion.
